Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and application forms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Prepare and send initial correspondence to applicants .
Administrative & Data Management:
Update and maintain accurate employee records in the HR database (HRIS).
Assist with filing and organising HR documents (digital and hard copies).
Help gather and prepare data for payroll, benefits, or HR reports (e.g., tracking working hours, leave requests).
On-boarding & Employee Relations:
Assist with the new hire orientation and paperwork process.
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Help organize and coordinate company events or employee engagement activities.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
