Key Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations and maintain employee records.
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and HR reporting.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Support HR policy implementation and compliance efforts.
Requirements:
MBA in HR (Freshers or up to 6 months HR internship experience).
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Good communication and Excel skills.
Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
