Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate
interview schedules
between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate data in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
HR Reporting & Data Management:
Prepare and maintain
Excel reports
related to recruitment, attendance, and HR metrics.
Assist in tracking and analyzing HR data to generate insights for the team.
Employee Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in collecting feedback and participation data.
General HR Administration:
Help with HR documentation, filing, and database updates.
Assist in other HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's degree
in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong
Excel skills
(data entry, basic formulas, and reporting).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with
ATS tools
or HR software is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Learning Opportunities
