HR Intern

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Support:

Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. Coordinate

interview schedules

between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update candidate data in the

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

.

HR Reporting & Data Management:



Prepare and maintain

Excel reports

related to recruitment, attendance, and HR metrics. Assist in tracking and analyzing HR data to generate insights for the team.

Employee Engagement:



Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events. Assist in collecting feedback and participation data.

General HR Administration:



Help with HR documentation, filing, and database updates. Assist in other HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications



Pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's degree

in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong

Excel skills

(data entry, basic formulas, and reporting). Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with

ATS tools

or HR software is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Learning Opportunities



Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. Exposure to HR analytics, reporting, and ATS tools. Experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
