About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
who brings prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your HR expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with senior HR professionals to support end-to-end HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Support attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Compliance & Documentation:
Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per organizational and legal standards.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
Coordinate engagement initiatives, feedback sessions, and HR activities.
Support internal communication drives and HR announcements.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA / Master's Degree in HR or related field.
Prior experience in HR roles such as Executive / Assistant in recruitment, compliance, or operations.
Good understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
