We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Intern

to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and contribute to various HR projects. This internship is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and internship certificates. Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Provide support in performance appraisal and training coordination. Help ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Conduct basic research on HR trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or recently completed). Strong interest in HR functions and people management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
