We are offering a 3-month academic internship for students interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resources. The intern will assist our HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters, completing joining formalities, and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
Provide administrative support for payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Respond to basic employee queries and provide day-to-day HR assistance.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
