We are seeking an MBA-HR intern to join our Human Resources team and support core HR functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, offering practical industry experience for aspiring HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Support onboarding, induction, and training programs for new hires.
Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
Assist in payroll data collation, attendance, and leave management.
Participate in employee engagement activities and HR events.
Draft HR documents, policies, and reports as required.
Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance updates.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources (pursuing last semester or recently completed).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR concepts and practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
