We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role provides valuable exposure to key HR functions and facility-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
Facilitation Management: Coordinate and monitor facility-related requirements including men's accommodation management, upkeep, and grievance handling.
Assist in coordinating HR meetings, workshops, and training programs.
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and people management skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
