Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Support in onboarding activities (documentation, induction, etc.).

HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records and databases. Help with attendance, leave management, and payroll assistance. Prepare HR letters, forms, and other documentation. Employee Engagement Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Collect employee feedback and help with surveys.

Training & Development

Coordinate training sessions and workshops. Track participation and feedback. Compliance & Policies Support HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.

General Administrative Support

Manage HR emails, communication, and follow-ups. Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks.
Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR functions. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Learning Opportunities

Exposure to end-to-end HR processes. Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
