Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leave, and other data.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Organize employee engagement activities, birthdays, and work anniversary celebrations.
Support performance management processes and maintain appraisal records.
Draft HR reports (monthly/quarterly) and present to management.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Support the HR Head in implementing HR policies and strategies.
