A successful recruiter/generalist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and job portals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Responsibilities
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate board/newspapers/colleges etc
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.
Screen candidates resumes, job applications and Conduct interviews.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Desired Skill Required
Full time Master's Degree (MBA-HR)
1 - 10 years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting, hands on sourcing and employment branding
Proficient in the use of social media and job portals
Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Preferred prior work experience supporting hiring demand in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
