The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR department in recruitment.
Responsibilities :
o Recruitment and Staffing
> Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
> Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring
managers.
> Manage candidate communications
o Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
o Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with adaptability, diplomacy, and resilience
o Cultural sensitivity
o Above 70% of marks (till semester results published by the University)
o MBA / MHRM / MA / MSc. / M. Com
o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
