Key Responsibilities
Assist in the
end-to-end recruitment process
- sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
Support
onboarding and induction
processes for new joiners
Assist in
HR documentation
and preparation of reports
Help organize
employee engagement activities
and internal events
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
Perform other administrative and HR duties as assigned
