Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Help in organizing HR activities, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with HR documentation, policy updates, and compliance requirements.
Maintain and update HR databases and trackers.
Support payroll and attendance management (if applicable).
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
