Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
to join our team and support our human resources department. This internship will give you practical exposure to core HR functions like recruitment, employee engagement, performance tracking, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist in preparing HR letters, job descriptions, and internship certificates.
Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
Provide support in drafting and implementing HR policies.
Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks.
Requirements
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Basic understanding of HR practices and tools.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
