Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced fintech environment, with performance-based incentives for high-impact contributions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and optimizing job descriptions across departments Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Contribute to onboarding documentation and process improvement Collaborate on employer branding content for LinkedIn and Instagram Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics Help organize internal engagement and learning initiatives Ensure compliance with HR documentation and confidentiality standards

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication skills in English; Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil is a plus Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn tools Interest in fintech, digital transformation, and startup culture Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
