We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing valuable exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
Source and screen suitable candidates for various opportunities through internal and external channels.
Shortlist applicants based on eligibility and employer requirements.
Schedule and conduct interviews, group discussions, and assessments in collaboration with recruiters.
Maintain candidate databases and placement records accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, industry partners, and academic institutions.
Organise pre-placement talks, training sessions, and career guidance workshops for students.
Assist students with resume preparation, interview readiness, and career counselling.
Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up with placed candidates.
Requirements
Graduates or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Fluency in English
