Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews.
? Support onboarding & induction: documentation, employee orientation, welcome kits.
? Maintain HR records: attendance, leaves, employee files, HRMS data.
? Assist in payroll inputs (attendance/leave data collation).
? Support employee engagement activities: events, surveys, celebrations.
? Help organize training & development sessions.
? Draft and circulate HR communications & notices.
? Assist in HR analytics & reporting (headcount, attrition, recruitment status).

? Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace preferred)
? Time management and multitasking abilities Eligibility Criteria:
? Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources or related fields
? Available to work full-time for the duration of 3 months
