HRIS & HR Technology

Assist in

implementation, configuration, and testing

of the HR Information System (HRIS). Perform

data entry, data validation, and migration

within the HR software. Support generation of

HR reports, dashboards, and analytics

. Troubleshoot basic HRIS issues and coordinate with IT/HR teams for resolutions. Help document HRIS processes and prepare

user manuals

for employees.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in

sourcing, screening, and scheduling

interviews. Support the

onboarding process

, including induction programs and document collection. Maintain candidate and employee records in the HRIS.

Employee Engagement & Administration

Assist in planning and executing

employee engagement activities

. Help manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related data through the HRIS. Draft HR-related documents, reports, and communication letters.

General HR Support

Conduct market research on

HR best practices

and trends. Provide administrative assistance for HR events and projects. Ensure

data confidentiality

and adherence to HR policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree (or pursuing) in

HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

. Basic understanding of

HR processes

and

HR software tools

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and familiarity with databases or analytics is a plus.
