We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The internship will provide exposure to real-time HR practices and help build a foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
Stipend - 5,000/-
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks.
Research HR best practices and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
