Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
Help ensure company HR policies and procedures are up to date.
Support payroll preparation and leave management (if required).
Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
