Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment:
Post job openings on boards and portals
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate candidate communication and follow-ups
Support onboarding & HR operations:
Prepare onboarding documents and orientation
Coordinate employee orientation sessions
Maintain and update HR databases and records
Drive employee engagement initiatives:
Assist with planning and executing engagement events
Gather participation feedback and help evaluate outcomes
Key Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA in Human Resources
Strong communication skills and organized attention to detail
