Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding, while also participating in job fair initiatives.

Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing and attracting potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct or support initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Help manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Support the onboarding process for selected candidates. Generate and maintain recruitment data, reports, and tracking sheets. Assist in planning and coordinating job fair activities and campus recruitment events. Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any stream Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with recruitment tools or platforms is a plus.

Contract length: 3 -6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
