Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Help coordinate employee engagement and training activities
Track employee attendance, leave, and assist in payroll coordination
Participate in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Assist with other tasks assigned by the HR team
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or a related field
Basic understanding of HR functions and practices
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
