Role Overview:

As an HR Intern at Slashford, you will assist the HR team in

talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations

, and

policy documentation

. This is a hands-on role where you will

build, implement, and improve real HR systems

-- not just observe.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating JDs and posting on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala. Screen resumes, conduct initial rounds of interviews, and maintain hiring trackers. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams. Support onboarding, offer letters, and internship documentation. Help maintain SOPs and HR policy documents. Organize and support intern engagement activities. Report directly to the HR lead and contribute to weekly updates and reviews.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.). Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Laptop and stable internet (for hybrid/remote mode).
