Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 3-4 month internship. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a professional tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain and update HR documents, employee records, and databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Help with HR policy documentation and implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn and take initiative.
