Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help onboard new hires, including documentation and induction coordination
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on job portals
Support internal HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and policy communication
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling HR documents
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Previous internship experience in HR is a plus (not mandatory)
