Role Summary



We are seeking

dynamic HR Interns

who are not only passionate about core HR processes but are also open to client-facing responsibilities. This role involves

interacting with clients

, initiating

employee engagement activities

, and providing support to the internal HR team. Ideal candidates must be

comfortable with travel

and enthusiastic about people engagement in real-world settings.

Key Responsibilities



Visit client offices for conducting HR support tasks and engagement initiatives. Assist in planning and executing

client-specific employee engagement activities

. Support client onboarding processes and help maintain HR documentation. Coordinate

recruitment and selection activities

such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling. Maintain employee records. Draft HR communication, letters, and documentation under supervision. Participate in training coordination, audits, and feedback collection. Represent Xpert-One in client interactions with professionalism and accountability.

Candidate Profile



Qualification

: MBA in Human Resources. Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in face-to-face interactions. Willingness to travel to client locations as part of daily/weekly responsibilities. Energetic, people-oriented, and proactive in execution. A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
