Key Responsibilities:
Assist in shortlisting and scheduling interviews for various job positions.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support onboarding and induction formalities for new hires.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
Help in drafting HR documents, notices, and circulars.
Provide support in attendance management and leave record keeping.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PG in HR or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Eager to learn and work in a dynamic team environment.
