Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
Help with HR documentation, such as contracts, policy updates, and compliance records.
Handle general HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Collaborate on HR projects to improve processes and support the department's objectives.
Participate in performance management processes and support team members in various HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in HR or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team player.
