About the Role:

As our

HR Intern

, you'll work closely with the People & Culture team to help build a happy, productive, and high-performing team. This is a hands-on internship where you'll get to experience the real hustle behind growing a consumer brand -- from recruitment to employee engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with

end-to-end hiring

: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers. Help with

onboarding

new team members and making their first day awesome. Maintain and organize

employee records, HR documents

, and databases. Support

team engagement initiatives

-- birthdays, offsites, feedback surveys, etc. Assist in setting up internal HR systems and processes (we're building from scratch!). Work on

culture projects

like recognition programs, wellness check-ins, and more.

What We're Looking For:

Students or recent grads in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields. Strong communication & coordination skills. A people-person who enjoys bringing energy into a team. Organized, reliable, and eager to learn the ropes of a fast-moving brand. Basic comfort with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, or Notion (we'll teach you the rest!).

Pay: ?14,500.00 - ?16,500.00 per month
