Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and posting job openings on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media)
Actively source candidates through online channels and screen resumes
Conduct preliminary telephonic screening and shortlist candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
Requirements:
MBA in HR or a related specialization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR operations
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
