We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team, with a primary focus on recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or email
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database
Support HR team in creating job descriptions and posting openings
Help in employer branding and campus hiring activities
Coordinate pre-onboarding documentation for selected candidates
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
