Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
Collect and maintain candidate documents and records
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
