We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day HR operations. This internship is suitable for candidates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment and basic HR activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate and recruitment data in Excel or ATS
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Assist the HR team with basic administrative tasks
Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation (any discipline)
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Must have a personal laptop
Available for a 4-month internship
