We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases
Assist in attendance, leave, and timesheet management
Support HR policies, documentation, and compliance activities
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination
Assist HR team with reports and administrative tasks
Eligibility / Qualifications
Pursuing or completed
MBA / MSW / PGDM / BBA / BA (HR or related field)
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
