We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will support daily HR activities, recruitment tasks, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to core HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Help in drafting HR letters, offers, and documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll data collection.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Support HR compliance and policy implementation.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle data confidentially.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
