What You'll Work On
Hiring & Onboarding: Support job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offers, documentation, and joining formalities.
HR Operations & Lifecycle: Assist with employee records, leave tracking, letters, exits, and FnF coordination.
HR Systems & Data: Work with tools for data updates, audits, payroll inputs, and basic reporting.
Engagement & Culture: Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, events, and internal communication.
Compliance Exposure: Assist with POSH documentation and statutory processes under guidance.
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
Bonus if you have prior internship experience.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication (written + verbal)
Comfortable with MS Excel.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
