The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement. This internship offers practical exposure to core HR functions and workplace processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
2. Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Support HR initiatives related to employee welfare and culture.
3. Data Management
Update HR data in Excel or HRMS tools.
5. Policy & Compliance Support
Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs.
Support compliance-related documentation as required.
