Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining practical exposure to recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial candidate screenings (telephonic/video) when required
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
Post job openings on various platforms and track responses
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring activities
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with MS Excel and job portals is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
