We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation. Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams for smooth interview processes. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding activities. Support HR-related tasks, activities, and company initiatives. Handle communication with candidates professionally via email and WhatsApp.

Requirements



Graduation or Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management (or pursuing). Basic knowledge of HR recruitment and HR operations. Good communication skills in

English

and

Malayalam/Tamil

. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently. Immediate joiners preferred.
