Role Overview

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities Help with HR documentation, policies, and compliance-related tasks Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR support as needed Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management (where applicable) Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
