Roles & Responsibilities



Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding & induction formalities for new employees. Maintain employee records, attendance & HR documentation. Assist in HR operations - leave management, documentation, MIS updates. Support employee engagement activities & HR initiatives. Coordinate training & development programs. Help prepare HR reports and recruitment dashboards.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
