Role Description - HR Intern (Remote)

This is a

remote internship

role for an

HR Intern

at OdNest Edutech Pvt. Ltd. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with hiring activities, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, employee coordination, database management, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
The role also involves communicating with applicants, maintaining HR records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth HR functioning within the organization.

Stipend & Salary Structure

For the

first 2-3 months

, candidates will work remotely with a

stipend of ₹5,000 per month

, during which they must demonstrate performance, consistency, and professionalism. Based on performance and contribution, the company will

upgrade the role and fix the salary between ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

for a long-term position.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee management Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle calls, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate data Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination is an added advantage
