Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support HR operations such as onboarding documentation, employee database management, and HRMS updates.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and coordinating with different departments.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
Support payroll documentation and attendance tracking where required.
Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.
Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Any graduate or pursuing degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
