We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll activities. This internship offers valuable exposure to core HR functions in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in monthly payroll activities such as:
Collecting attendance data
Verifying leave records
Updating employee information
Preparing basic payroll sheets
Coordinate with employees regarding salary queries (under guidance of HR).
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with HR operations, letters, and documentation.
Prepare reports and support daily HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP not required, but preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Willingness to learn and support multiple HR functions.
