Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end
recruitment process
including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support
onboarding and induction
for new joiners by preparing documentation and coordinating with stakeholders.
Maintain and update
HR records
, employee data, and internal trackers.
Assist in drafting HR emails, notices, and policy communication.
Participate in
employee engagement activities
, events, and initiatives.
Help in monitoring attendance, leave management, and day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR processes.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Support the HR team in any additional tasks or projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written
communication skills

Proficiency in
MS Office
