About the Role:



We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern

who is passionate about recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and core HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and an opportunity to work closely with the HR team on real-time projects. It's ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and explore different facets of people management.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in

end-to-end recruitment processes

, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support

employee onboarding

by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions. Maintain and update

HR databases, employee records, and trackers

accurately. Help organize

employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives

. Coordinate with various departments for

attendance, leaves, and performance tracking

. Assist the HR team in

policy implementation, compliance, and HR documentation

. Prepare and analyze

HR reports

related to hiring, engagement, and retention metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:



Basic understanding of

recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle

. Strong

communication and interpersonal

skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

or Google Workspace tools. Excellent

organizational and multitasking abilities

. Detail-oriented with a

proactive and learning mindset

.

Preferred:



Familiarity with

job portals

(LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.). Understanding of

HR analytics or HRMS tools

. Interest in

talent acquisition, employee engagement, or HR strategy

.
