About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Marketing and HR Intern

to support both our marketing and human resources functions. As part of our software team, you will play a key role in assisting with brand promotion, recruitment, and employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both marketing and HR within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, etc.) Create content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to engage with the target audience Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to increase brand awareness Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies Help create marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and advertisements Support the team in tracking the performance of campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement

Human Resources:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding of new employees, including preparing documentation and coordinating training schedules Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys Assist with performance management tasks, such as scheduling appraisals and maintaining employee records Help track HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities (e.g., filing, updating databases, preparing reports)

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Basic understanding of marketing principles and HR practices Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and HR software (HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus Creative thinker with strong writing skills Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset Interest in the software/technology industry is a bonus
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
