Assurance Developers is looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven
HR Intern
to join our growing team. You'll assist in daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives -- gaining real-world exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a creative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Assist in the
recruitment process
-- posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Help plan and execute
employee engagement activities
and team events.
Support onboarding of new hires and interns.
Coordinate with different departments for HR documentation and internal communication.
Learn about HR policies, compliance, and workplace culture management.
What We're Looking For
Student or recent graduate in
Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Proficient with basic office tools (Google Workspace or MS Office).
